Welcome! I understand that beginning therapy or counselling can feel overwhelming, and you may have questions about what to expect. Here, I’ve answered some common questions to help you understand more about my approach, how therapy works, and what you can expect during the process. Whether you're considering therapy for yourself or a loved one, we hope this FAQ provides clarity and reassurance.

Where are you located?
In person in Torquay, Victoria, and online Australia-wide.

What is your fee?
My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. Payment is made via bank transfer immediately after the session.

What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required, otherwise the full the session fee is required.

Do I need a referral from a GP?
A referral from a GP is not necessary.

Can I claim a Medicare rebate for the sessions?
No. Counsellors and psychotherapists are not currently included in the Better Access Initiative.

What is your availability?
I am currently taking new clients and can organise sessions with a week's notice.
